The cost of delivery of the goods depends on the weight of the products.
Before confirming the purchase, the Provider will inform the customer about the delivery costs for the selected products and about the minimum purchase amount required to obtain free delivery.
Details about delivery costs are automatically displayed on the website. When selecting an individual product offered by the online store, the application will display the product price and delivery costs.
Product delivery deadline
The Provider will deliver the products to the address specified by the buyer within the period specified in the online store itself, unless the terms of business stipulate otherwise, and it may take up to 48 hours, counted from the calendar day after the date of approval and payment of the order. The buyer must accept the products upon delivery and at the same time check whether they are in accordance with the order.
The provider will send the shipment within 10 working days from the confirmation of the order or from the received payment if the client decides to pay according to the proforma invoice. The delivery period for products made to order is based on the agreement between the provider and the customer. In case of problems of the provider with the delivery of the shipment on time, the provider is obliged to inform the customer about this and agree with him on extending the delivery date, replacing the product or canceling the order.
Products that are in stock after order confirmation are shipped within 48 hours. All orders received outside working days (weekends, holidays) are shipped within 48 hours of the first working day.
When ordering a large number of products, in the case of different delivery times (more than 10 days), we will make the delivery in splits. We will also inform you about this via e-mail.
In the event of delivery delays, we will notify you via email.
Delivery of cash on delivery is carried out by Pošta Slovenije. Pošta Slovenije guarantees delivery throughout Slovenia within 3 (three) working days at the latest from the confirmation of the delivered shipment, depending on the location of your post office. If you believe that your order is being delayed, please notify us immediately at the email address or phone number listed in the footer of the website, and we will do our best to receive the ordered goods as soon as possible.
Delivery of ordered products paid on a pro forma invoice is carried out by the courier service specified in the purchase process. If you are not at the address specified in the order confirmation at the time of delivery, the courier service will leave a notification of the package’s arrival at the same address. The notification will contain the package number and subsequent pick-up options. If the package cannot be delivered again, the package will be returned to the sender without notification. If you cannot be found at the delivery address and you cannot be notified of the package’s arrival (for example, if the building or the delivery entrance is locked), then the courier service will try to deliver the package again the next working day. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the courier service will return the package to the sender without notification.
