The advanced course is intended for people who already have experience in ice cream preparation but would like to deepen their knowledge or offer new, more complex tastes to their customers. Participants of the course will get to know the more demanding ice cream ingredients that affect the structure of ice cream, you will prepare your own recipes and get to know new market opportunities.
The course is intended for professional confectioners who want to learn about new trends and confectionery ingredients and have already completed the initial course for ice cream preparation.
