MANAGEMENT COMMITMENT
The management of ROKMAR d.o.o. is committed to fulfilling applicable statutory requirements, customer requirements and the relevant requirements of the standard SIST EN ISO 22000:2018; to providing the resources, competence and conditions necessary for food safety; and to promoting a food safety culture, timely communication and continual improvement of the system. All employees are responsible for implementing the requirements within their area of work.
CUSTOMERS, PRODUCTS AND DEVELOPMENT
We provide our customers with safe and compliant products and accurate information on ingredients, allergens, nutritional values and use. We ensure traceability at least one step back and one step forward, control food safety hazards and cross-contamination, and carry out monitoring at defined control points (CP) and critical control points (CCP), where these have been established. When developing new products and changing processes, we assess hazards and verify the adequacy of control measures.
EMPLOYEES AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Food safety is based on the knowledge and responsibility of our employees. We provide training and competence development, and we encourage timely reporting of deviations, open communication and suggestions for improvement.We ensure appropriate hygiene and sanitary-technical conditions, preventive maintenance of infrastructure and pest control.
SUPPLIERS AND EXTERNAL PROVIDERS
We build responsible partnerships with suppliers and external providers. We verify their suitability and require that raw materials, packaging and services conform to agreed and statutory requirements.
COMMUNICATION AND TRANSPARENCY
We ensure effective internal and external communication on matters affecting food safety. The Management Policy is available to employees and, once approved, is also published on the company’s website.
OBJECTIVES AND VERIFICATION
We set measurable objectives, monitor risks and opportunities, and verify the effectiveness of the system through analyses, internal audits and management review.
