GOURMET WHITE

Gourmet decoration is a ready-made smooth white chocolate cream that is simply poured into silicone moulds of different shapes, frozen and then placed on the ice cream tub. As each ball is scooped, a piece of chocolate cream is broken off, further enriching the flavour of the ice cream.
